Ordering Policy

To purchase online, you can choose one of the following purchasing methods:
- Order by telephone.
– Order via Website: Logevy.com.vn

I. Order by phone.

Online sales staff of Logevy.com.vn are always ready to serve customers from 10:00 to 21:00 every Monday to Sunday.

II. Order through the website system

Step 1: Visit the Website

To be able to order online, you can visit logevy.com.vn website

Step 2: Select a product.

Select PRODUCTS on the toolbar, click on the product section “Home Fragrance” or “Linen Fragrance”…
The product interface will appear.

Step 3: Place your order

You have selected the product you like, then you choose the product capacity by clicking and the button "Select capacity" and ordering by clicking the button  “Add to cart”. You can add more products to the cart or add the number of products at the cart. To view your shopping cart, click on the  "Cart" icon on the toolbar.

If you have a promotional code, enter code in the box "Discount Code" and select "Use" to apply the preferential price on the order. After checking the order in the "Cart", you click the "Checkout" button to confirm the order and provide the necessary information.

In the "Payment" page, you choose the appropriate "Payment method" and fill in the delivery information, check the information about the order selected. After filling in all the information, click on the “Payment” button to complete the order.

Step 4: Receive goods and pay.

You track your order via the phone number and/or email provided. Customers receive goods and pay according to the previously selected payment method.

– Logevy.com.vn only accepts orders for customers who provide accurate information such as: address, landline phone number…
– Carefully read the terms of the transaction, shipping policy, payment method before making a purchase.
