1.“One for one”
Customers will be refunded equivalent products in the following cases:
-The product delivered to the customer is wrong
- The product is damaged due to objective reasons, manufacturer's fault.
2. Refund method
Customers can contact hotline (+84) 913981177 or email info@logevy.com.vn to respond to the return of goods, if eligible for refund, customers return the product to the address of the showroom. LOGEVY in Vietnam for support make exchange and return goods.
In case, return goods for a refund, LOGEVY will refund the customer by bank transfer according to the value of the returned product.
