Shipping Policy

- For Ho Chi Minh City area, LOGEVY will deliver the goods directly in the city area. Use fast shipping service or 24 hour inner-city delivery.

- For customers in other provinces, after selecting and contacting the most, you will pay directly to the delivery staff,  LOGEVY will send goods in the form of COD express delivery. Depending on the geographical location, customers can receive the product within 24-72 hours.

- For bank transfer, please transfer the order value to  LOGEVY in advance. As soon as the payment is received, LOGEVY will immediately confirm the information and ship the goods to the customer.

- Responsibility of the delivery party (logistics service provider): responsible for the delivery time, the condition of the goods when they reach the customer. In case of an incident due to the fault of the shipper, the shipper is fully responsible and compensated according to the product value. LOGEVY will not be responsible for the shipper's subjective errors, in case of force majeure LOGEVY will support 50% of the loss.

- In case there is a delay in delivery, LOGEVY will contact and promptly inform the customer and create an opportunity for the customer to cancel the order if desired.
